The Specified Technologies SpecSeal® SNS129W Smoke ‘N’ Sound Sealant is an acrylic latex-based sealant designed for sealing through-penetrations such as pipes, conduits, cabling, busways, and openings, as well as membrane penetrations including p-traps and outlet boxes in smoke-rated walls. It is suitable for use in smoke barrier walls to control smoke passage, acoustical applications to reduce noise transmission, and for infectious/dust control by limiting airborne particulate movement. This product is ideal for electrical distributors, lighting solutions providers, wire and cable specialists, and switchgear suppliers requiring a durable, flexible, and paintable sealant for fire and sound-rated construction applications.
