How do I log into my account?
Please make sure you’ve created your account and then activate your account to log in to the site. You should have gotten an email from us to activate the account.
How do I apply promo/discount codes?
To apply a promo or discount code:
• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the Discount Code field.
• Click Apply to see your new total before finalizing your order.
• Only one code can be used per order.
If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.
How competitive is ULE Group's pricing?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping. While Ground Shipping is the default shipping method, 2nd Day, Overnight and Saturday deliveries are available at checkout.
Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm ET will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ET are not guaranteed to go out the same day but we will make every effort to ship it out. Expedited orders placed after 1pm ET that weren't able to ship same day will ship out the next day.

Certain items may be ineligible for expedited shipping due to carrier restrictions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders $200+ within certain NY & NJ zip codes may ship via ULE Group trucks for free of charge. Check herefor a list of zip codes.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer care team at customercare@ulegroup.com or call 1-866-853-4768 immediately after placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship within 1 business day for stock items. You should receive tracking shortly after your order has shipped. Delivery will depend on distance and method chosen at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
ULE Group makes every effort to ship orders quickly, but we may be able to cancel your order depending on how long ago it was placed.
Please email our team at orderstatus@ulegroup.com with your cancellation request as soon as possible or call Customer Care at 1-866-853-4768 or email and if your order isn't in picking or shipped status, we will cancel it.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
Can I Return my product?
ULE Group will gladly accept the return of unopened, uninstalled, and unused items within 60 days of the shipment date. To review our policy in detail, please visit our Returns Policy page.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We make every effort to ensure proper packaging and shipping of items. In the event something arrives damaged, please email our team at orderstatus@ulegroup.com with an image of your damaged item and the order number for further assistance.
While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
What if I receive the wrong item in my order?
Please report your order issue to our team via email to orderstatus@ulegroup.com for further assistance.
Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
In an effort to keep packaging waste down, our warehouse team may repackage items in another products' box for shipping. Please ensure you open all packages to inspect what is inside against what you ordered.
While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
