When will my order be delivered?

We ship within 1 business day for stock items. You should receive tracking shortly after your order has shipped. Delivery will depend on distance and method chosen at checkout.

Can I Return my product?

ULE Group will gladly accept the return of unopened, uninstalled, and unused items within 60 days of the shipment date. To review our policy in detail, please visit our Returns Policy page.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We make every effort to ensure proper packaging and shipping of items. In the event something arrives damaged, please take pictures of the shipping package and product and contact us via email at orderstatus@ulegroup.com to discuss how to proceed with rectifying your order.
