The facility will interconnect to the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) grid via the 500 kV Cielo Azul switchyard, enhancing regional grid reliability and supporting clean energy distribution.

The Woodyard Solar PV Park is a 74.5-megawatt solar energy facility located in Hendry County, Florida. The project spans approximately 670 acres and was commissioned in 2024. One Thousand Museum is a high-rise residential condominium building across from Museum Park in Miami, Florida. Completed in 2019, the 62-story building is one of the tallest buildings in Miami. The building's initial design was started by Zaha Hadid and the design was completed by Zaha Hadid Architects.

The Gibson City Energy Center – Solar 1 is a 135-megawatt solar project under development in McLean County, Illinois. Spanning approximately 1,300 acres in Cheney’s Grove Township, the facility is designed to generate enough clean electricity to power over 23,000 homes annually.

Petersburg Energy Center | Pike County, IN
The Petersburg Energy Center is a 250-megawatt solar energy facility in Pike County, Indiana. The facility went online in February 2026 and brings 250 megawatts of solar generation online, paired with a 180 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system, delivering both clean power and grid flexibility. At full operation, the facility will generate enough clean electricity to power approximately 45,000 homes during peak demand, while the integrated storage system helps to balance load, enhance reliability, and support a modernized grid.

The Cavalry Solar PV Park is a 200-megawatt solar photovoltaic facility in White County, Indiana. Commissioned in August 2024, this ground-mounted solar project sits on 1,891 acres and comprises around 650,000 solar modules. It includes a 45-megawatt battery energy storage system, enhancing grid reliability and energy efficiency. The facility generates enough clean electricity to power approximately 60,000 homes.

Located in the Mojave Desert, Gemini is the largest solar plus battery energy storage system (BESS) in the country. With 1.8 million solar panels, it features a powerful combination of 690 MWac solar energy and a 380 MW 4-hour battery energy storage system. This is a significant advancement for U.S. sustainable energy. Gemini generates clean, reliable power that meets approximately 10% of Nevada's peak power demand. Primergy started development of Gemini in 2020 and launched operations in 2024.

This 32,500-square-foot, two-story building was designed for LEED Gold Certification, incorporating materials, colors, textures, and scale consistent with current campus buildings.

99 Hudson is a 79-story luxury high-rise condominium building located near the Hudson River in Jersey City. Offering unrivaled views of the Manhattan skyline, it is currently the tallest building in the state of New Jersey and the tallest residential building in the U.S. outside of New York City and Chicago. The stunning 1.4 million square-foot building includes 781 studio to three bedroom condominium residences with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) is a 339-mile high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line designed to deliver 1,250 megawatts of clean, renewable hydroelectric power from Hydro-Québec in Canada directly to New York City. The line is fully buried—approximately 60% underwater and 40% underground—minimizing environmental impact and enhancing resilience against extreme weather events. Once operational in 2026, CHPE will supply enough electricity to power over one million homes.

The East River Tunnel Rehabilitation Project will restore two of the four century-old tunnel tubes connecting Manhattan to Queens. The rehabilitation involves demolishing existing systems down to the concrete liners and reconstructing them with modern infrastructure, including new tracks, power systems, and fire detection technology.

One Wall Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed in the Art Deco style, it is considered to be an Art Deco landmark of New York City. The original 50-story building was constructed between 1929 and 1931 for the Irving Trust. A 28-story annex to the south was built between 1963 and 1965 and was later expanded to 36-stories. From 2018 to 2023, developer Harry Macklowe purchased One Wall Street and renovated the interior into 556 luxury condominium residences with some commercial space.
