California Edition Hotel | Hollywood, CA

The Edition is a blend of luxury hotel and condominium residences that stands at the entrance to Hollywood’s famed Sunset Boulevard. The 14-story high-rise structure features panoramic views of West Hollywood, the broader Los Angeles area, and the Pacific Ocean. The Edition brand was created by Ian Schrager and this iconic hotel was designed by John Pawson.

California 500 Broadway | Santa Monica, CA

The modern apartments at 500 Broadway offer resort-style living with curated services focused on wellness and community. The luxury studio to three bedroom apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, open floorplans, and private balconies. The building offers a 1-acre rooftop park with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Florida Woodyard Solar PV Park | Hendry County, FL

The Woodyard Solar PV Park is a 74.5-megawatt solar energy facility located in Hendry County, Florida. The project spans approximately 670 acres and was commissioned in 2024. The Woodyard Solar PV Park is helping to expand renewable energy infrastructure across the state, supporting Florida’s transition to a more sustainable energy future.

Florida 1000 Museum Way | Miami, FL

One Thousand Museum is a high-rise residential condominium building across from Museum Park in Miami, Florida. Completed in 2019, the 62-story building is one of the tallest buildings in Miami. The building's initial design was started by Zaha Hadid and the design was completed by Zaha Hadid Architects.

Illinois Gibson City Energy Center | McLean County, IL

The Gibson City Energy Center – Solar 1 is a 135-megawatt solar project under development in McLean County, Illinois. Spanning approximately 1,300 acres in Cheney’s Grove Township, the facility is designed to generate enough clean electricity to power over 23,000 homes annually.

Indiana Petersburg Energy Center | Pike County, IN

The Petersburg Energy Center is a 250-megawatt solar energy facility in Pike County, Indiana. The facility went online in February 2026 and brings 250 megawatts of solar generation online, paired with a 180 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system, delivering both clean power and grid flexibility. At full operation, the facility will generate enough clean electricity to power approximately 45,000 homes during peak demand, while the integrated storage system helps to balance load, enhance reliability, and support a modernized grid.

Indiana Cavalry Solar PV Park | White County, IN

The Cavalry Solar PV Park is a 200-megawatt solar photovoltaic facility in White County, Indiana. Commissioned in August 2024, this ground-mounted solar project sits on 1,891 acres and comprises around 650,000 solar modules. It includes a 45-megawatt battery energy storage system, enhancing grid reliability and energy efficiency. The facility generates enough clean electricity to power approximately 60,000 homes.

Iowa Wever Solar Project | Lee County, IA

The Wever Solar Project is a 150-megawatt solar energy facility located on approximately 900 acres in Lee County, Iowa. Completed in November 2024, it stands as the largest solar installation in the state, providing enough clean electricity to power over 30,000 homes annually. Recognized for its sustainability efforts, the Wever Solar Project achieved Envision Platinum certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in February 2025.

Massachusetts Harvard Enterprise Research Campus – East Lab Tower | Boston, MA

The East Lab Tower at the Harvard Enterprise Research Campus is a 234,000-square-foot life sciences facility in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. Situated at 52–60 Western Avenue, this nine-story building offers flexible laboratory and office spaces, complemented by shared amenities that foster collaboration among tenants. Nevada Yellow Pine II Solar Project | Clark County, NV

The Yellow Pine II Solar Project is a 125-megawatt solar photovoltaic facility located in Clark County, Nevada. Commissioned in 2024, the project spans approximately 1,000 acres and includes an 85-megawatt, four-hour battery energy storage system, enhancing grid reliability and supporting renewable energy integration . The facility is expected to generate clean electricity to power over 38,000 homes annually.

Nevada Gemini Solar + Storage | Clark County, NV

Located in the Mojave Desert, Gemini is the largest solar plus battery energy storage system (BESS) in the country. With 1.8 million solar panels, it features a powerful combination of 690 MWac solar energy and a 380 MW 4-hour battery energy storage system. This is a significant advancement for U.S. sustainable energy. Gemini generates clean, reliable power that meets approximately 10% of Nevada's peak power demand. Primergy started development of Gemini in 2020 and launched operations in 2024.

New Jersey West Hall at Middlesex College | Edison, NJ

The West Hall at Middlesex College serves as the Center for Student Services, housing departments such as Academic Advising, Admissions, Financial Aid, Cashier, and Registrar. The building includes a multi-purpose room with seating for 200. This 32,500-square-foot, two-story building was designed for LEED Gold Certification, incorporating materials, colors, textures, and scale consistent with current campus buildings.

New Jersey 99 Hudson | Jersey City, NJ

99 Hudson is a 79-story luxury high-rise condominium building located near the Hudson River in Jersey City. Offering unrivaled views of the Manhattan skyline, it is currently the tallest building in the state of New Jersey and the tallest residential building in the U.S. outside of New York City and Chicago. The stunning 1.4 million square-foot building includes 781 studio to three bedroom condominium residences with floor-to-ceiling windows.

New Jersey 800 Harbor Blvd | Weehawken, NJ

Hamilton Cove at 800 Harbor Boulevard is set in Weehawken’s premier waterfront destination. New Jersey Port Imperial | Weehawken, NJ

The 33,000 square foot intermodal transit hub of Port Imperial is located along the Hudson River in Weehawken, New Jersey across from Midtown Manhattan. The hub is served by New York Waterway ferries and buses, Hudson-Bergen Light Rain, and New Jersey Transit buses. The terminal was designed to accommodate approximately 20,000 commuters each day.

New York The Champlain Hudson Power Express | NY

The Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) is a 339-mile high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line designed to deliver 1,250 megawatts of clean, renewable hydroelectric power from Hydro-Québec in Canada directly to New York City. The line is fully buried—approximately 60% underwater and 40% underground—minimizing environmental impact and enhancing resilience against extreme weather events. Once operational in 2026, CHPE will supply enough electricity to power over one million homes.

New York East River Tunnel Rehabilitation Project | NY

The East River Tunnel Rehabilitation Project will restore two of the four century-old tunnel tubes connecting Manhattan to Queens. These tunnels, vital for Amtrak, Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), and NJ Transit services, suffered significant damage from Superstorm Sandy in 2012. The rehabilitation involves demolishing existing systems down to the concrete liners and reconstructing them with modern infrastructure, including new tracks, power systems, and fire detection technology.

The 24-51 49th Street project in Astoria, Queens, is a 5-megawatt battery energy storage facility. The facility will house containerized lithium-ion batteries with a total storage capacity of 20 megawatt-hours. Designed to charge from and discharge into the New York power grid, the facility will enhance grid reliability and support the integration of renewable energy sources for New York.

New York Croton Water Filtration Plant | Bronx, NY

The Croton Water Filtration Plant is located beneath Van Cortlandt Park's Mosholu Golf Course in the Bronx. The 400,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility was built entirely underground to minimize its environmental impact on the surrounding park, which includes a golf course and clubhouse. It has the capacity to treat up to 320 million gallons of water per day, providing approximately 30% of New York City's daily water needs.

New York 145 Hinsdale St | Brooklyn, NY

The 145 Hinsdale Street project in Brooklyn, New York is a forthcoming 5-megawatt battery energy storage facility. Occupying a 10,000-square-foot parcel, the installation will house multiple containerized battery units totaling 20 megawatt-hours of storage capacity. Designed to charge from and discharge into the New York power grid, the facility aims to enhance grid reliability and support the integration of renewable energy sources.

New York 11 Hoyt | Brooklyn, NY

11 Hoyt is a 57-story residential skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. The building has 480 condominium residences and includes 40,000 square feet of retail space. Completed in 2021, the building was designed by architect Studio Gang with executive architect Hill West and is Tishman Speyer’s first residential building in New York City.

New York 1 Java Street Development | Brooklyn, NY

The 1 Java Street Development is a transformative residential project located along the Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn, New York. Spanning a full city block, the two-tower complex features 37- and 20-story towers connected by a mid-rise podium, offering 834 rental units, 13,000 square feet of retail space, and an 18,000-square-foot public waterfront park with a living shoreline. The development is set to become New York State's largest geothermal residential development, utilizing a vertical closed-loop geoexchange system with 300 wells drilled nearly 500 feet deep.

New York 434 Riverdale Ave | Brooklyn, NY

New York One University Plaza | Brooklyn, NY

Located at 61 DeKalb Avenue, One University Plaza is a 34-story Long Island University expansion in Downtown Brooklyn at the intersection of DeKalb Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR Realty, the building is part of a new Long Island University complex that includes an athletic field, fitness and wellness facilities, and additional academic space.

New York UBS Arena | Elmont, NY

The UBS Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in the Belmont Park area of Elmont, New York, on Long Island. Opened in 2021, UBS Arena is home to the NHL’s New York Islanders. The arena officially seats 17,250 patrons for NHL games and up to 19,000 patrons for concerts and other events.

New York The Langdon | Lynbrook, NY

The Langdon, located at 47 Broadway in Lynbrook, New York, is a transformative seven-story mixed-use development to be completed in 2025. It will feature 201 luxury rental apartments alongside a ground-floor 1,800-square-foot café space. Strategically positioned across from the Lynbrook Long Island Rail Road station, the development caters to commuters. New York Edition Hotel | New York, NY

The New York Edition blends its landmark Madison Avenue beginnings with the elegant designs of Ian Schrager. Located near Madison Square Park, the building was originally constructed in 1909 as the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s headquarters. Today this clocktower building has been reinvented to offer 271 unique luxury guest rooms and suites featuring expansive windows that offer exceptional views of New York City.

New York Faena Hotel | New York, NY

Faena New York is a luxury hotel located at 500A West 18th Street in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood. Part of the One High Line development, the hotel occupies the East Tower and will feature 120 rooms and suites, each offering panoramic views. Faena New York aims to blend art, culture, and hospitality, enhancing the city's luxury hotel landscape.

New York GSA Federal Building | New York, NY

The Federal Office Building at 201 Varick Street in Manhattan, historically known as the United States Appraisers’ Stores Building, was originally completed in 1929. In recent years, the 12-story, 930,000-square-foot building has undergone significant modernization efforts to upgrade HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems. These enhancements underscore the building's commitment to sustainability and its role in supporting federal services in New York City.

New York The Greenwich | New York, NY

The Greenwich is a striking 88-story residential skyscraper located at 125 Greenwich Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. Standing at 912 feet, it ranks among the tallest buildings in Lower Manhattan and is one of the final works of the late architect Rafael Viñoly. The tower comprises 273 luxury condominiums and 27,000 square feet of amenities, including a saltwater lap pool, fitness center, spa, and private club.

New York The Hard Rock Hotel | New York, NY

At the heart of Times Square, mere steps from New York City landmarks like the Theatre District, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center stands The Hard Rock Hotel. Its award-winning design by Jeffrey Beers International pays homage to New York’s iconic music scene. The 36-story hotel tower was completed in 2022 and features 446 exquisite guest rooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the energy of this vibrant city.

New York Hudson Yards | New York, NY

Hudson Yards is a 28-acre development located along the waterfront of the Hudson River between the Chelsea and Hells Kitchen neighborhoods of Manhattan. The first of its two phases opened in 2019 and includes eight structures that include residences, a hotel, office buildings, a mall, and a cultural facility, in addition to a public green space. The second phase has not started construction and will include residences, an office building, and a school. Related Companies and Oxford Properties are the primary developers of Hudson Yards.

New York Madison House | New York, NY

Located at 15 E 30th Street, Madison House is a residential skyscraper in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. Completed in 2022, the 47-story condominium building was co-developed by Fosun Property and J.D. Carlisle Development Corp and designed by Handel Architects.

New York Moynihan Train Hall | New York, NY

The Moynihan Train Hall is an expansion of New York’s Pennsylvania Station into the city’s former main post office building, the James A. Farley Building. The new annex provides a vital access entrance for passengers to most of Pennsylvania Station’s Amtrak and Long Island Rail Road platforms. Completed in 2021, the building's Beaux-Arts exterior resembles that of the original Pennsylvania Station and was designed by McKim, Mead & White.

New York PENN 2 | New York, NY

Originally constructed in 1968, Vornado recently redeveloped the office building into a world class tower as part of its redevelopment of PENN 2, the cornerstone of The Penn District. Located directly above Penn Station between West 31st and West 33rd Streets, it is one of the only double-wide blocks in Manhattan. This architectural icon features various flexible tenant spaces and over an acre of outdoor terraces.

New York Riverside Center | New York, NY

The Riverside Center is an 8-acre master development on Manhattan’s West Side. The mixed-use neighborhood features residential units, retail space including a cinema, a K-8 school, a 250 room hotel, and over 3 acres of public space with connections to Riverside Park South.

New York Sunset Pier 94 Studios | New York, NY

When it’s completed in 2025, Sunset Pier 94 Studios will be the first purpose-built studio campus in Manhattan. The 266,000 square-foot project is located along the Hudson River at West 52nd Street. It includes six purpose-built soundstages and 145,000 square feet of production support space and offices, with stunning Hudson River views. Vornado is prioritizing sustainability and has plans for operations to be powered by 100% renewable energy.

New York TSX Broadway | New York, NY

TSX Broadway is a 46-story mixed-use building on Times Square, at the southeastern corner of Broadway and 47th Street, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Developed by L&L Holding, the building includes a 669-room hotel, multi-story retail space, and the Palace Theatre, an existing landmarked Broadway theater. Originally built in the late 1980s, its redevelopment was completed in 2024.

New York 220 Central Park South | New York, NY

220 Central Park South is a residential skyscraper situated along Billionaires’ Row on the south side of Central Park South in Midtown Manhattan. Robert A.M. Stern Architects and SLCE Architects, with interiors designed by Thierry Despont. Most of the 118 apartments are duplex apartments. The building currently has some of the most expensive apartments in New York City.

New York 215 Chrystie St | New York, NY

Located in the Bowery neighborhood of the Lower East Side, 215 Chrystie Street is a collection of 11 unique condominium residences conceptualized by Ian Schrager and brought to life by Pritzker Prize award-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron. The building places residents at the heart of this vibrant neighborhood.

New York 7 Hudson Square | New York, NY

The Walt Disney Company’s new 22-story New York headquarters is located at 7 Hudson Square in Manhattan and is bounded by Vandam Street to the north, Spring Street to the south, Varick Street to the east, and Hudson Street to the west. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and developed by Silverstein Properties, the 338-foot-tall building includes 1.2 million square feet of offices, film and production studios, and ground-floor retail space.

New York One Wall St | New York, NY

One Wall Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed in the Art Deco style, it is considered to be an Art Deco landmark of New York City. The original 50-story building was constructed between 1929 and 1931 for the Irving Trust. A 28-story annex to the south was built between 1963 and 1965 and was later expanded to 36-stories. From 2018 to 2023, developer Harry Macklowe purchased One Wall Street and renovated the interior into 556 luxury condominium residences with some commercial space.

New York 520 W 28th St | New York, NY

The Zaha Hadid Building at 520 West 28th Street was designed by the architect Zaha Hadid and was the architect's only residential building in New York City. The building is located along the High Line, a public park built on a historic elevated freight rail line. The L-shaped building features curvilinear geometric motifs, which was a signature design of Zaha Hadid.

New York 601 W 29th St | New York, NY

Located in Hudson Yards, between the Chelsea and Hells Kitchen neighborhoods of Manhattan, 601 West 29th Street is a 59-story mixed use residential and retail space building. Completed in 2022, the building includes 931 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space. It was developed by Douglaston and designed by the architectural firm FXCollaborative.

New York The JACX | Queens, NY

The JACX is two 29-story office towers with a 1.5 acre park and recreational area, atop a 5-story retail complex located at Queens Plaza South and Jackson Avenue. The 1.2 million square-feet space offices and retail stores were completed in 2020.

New York 2-20 and 2-21 Malt Drive | Queens, NY

A three-tower mixed-use development is rising at 2-20 and 2-21 Malt Drive in the Hunters Point South neighborhood in Queens, New York. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by TF Cornerstone, the project includes a 34-story residential building at 2-20 Malt Drive and a two-tower design at 2-21 Malt Drive that will be composed of a 38-story residential high-rise and a 25-story sibling residential building.

New York Queens Plaza Residential Development | Queens, NY

The Queens Plaza Residential Development in Long Island City encompasses three stunning glass towers featuring luxury residences and amenities. Designed by Hill West Architects, the 1,871 Tishman Speyer residences in the development have access to over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities.

Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is a United States Department of Energy national laboratory located approximately 60 miles east of New York City. The 5,300 acre campus contains several large research facilities. Research at BNL includes nuclear and high energy physics, energy science and technology, environmental and bioscience, nanoscience, and national security.

Ohio Madison Fields Solar Project | Madison County, OH

The Madison Fields Solar Project is a 180-megawatt utility-scale solar facility in Madison County, Ohio. Spanning approximately 1,100 acres and comprising 400,000 bifacial solar panels, it generates enough clean electricity to power about 38,000 Ohio homes annually. Madison Fields is among the first large-scale agrivoltaic installations in the U.S., integrating crop production—such as soybeans, alfalfa, and forage—within the solar array.

The Pinnington Solar Project is an 825-megawatt solar energy facility under construction in Jack County, Texas. Spanning approximately 7,000 acres, the project aims to generate enough clean electricity to power over 150,000 homes annually. Once operational, it will play a crucial role in advancing Texas's transition to a cleaner energy future.

Texas Jones City Energy Center | Jones County, TX

The Jones City Energy Center is a 700-megawatt solar project under construction in Jones County, Texas. Spanning two sites, the facility will generate enough renewable energy to power approximately 96,000 homes annually. Once operational, the Jones City Energy Center will deliver low-cost, domestically generated electricity to the Texas grid, supporting the state's clean energy goals.

Texas Samson Solar Energy Center II | Lamar County, TX

The Samson Solar Energy Center II is a 200-megawatt photovoltaic project located in Lamar County, Texas. As the second phase of the larger 1,310 megawatt Samson Solar Energy Center—the largest solar energy center in Texas—Samson II is slated to commence commercial operations by the end of 2025. Upon completion, it will generate enough clean electricity to power over 40,000 homes annually.

Texas Delilah Solar Energy II | Northeast, TX

The Delilah Solar Energy II project is a large-scale photovoltaic facility under development in Red River and Lamar Counties, Texas. The project is designed to deliver between 300 and 400 megawatts of clean energy, with commercial operations anticipated by mid-2025. Spanning approximately 9,895 acres, the installation will feature up to 800,000 solar panels mounted on single-axis trackers, supported by advanced inverters, and a high-voltage substation.
