California 500 Broadway Santa Monica, CA
The modern apartments at 500 Broadway offer resort-style living with curated services focused on wellness and community. The luxury studio to three bedroom apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, open floorplans, and private balconies. The building offers a 1-acre rooftop park with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. -
California Edition Hotel Hollywood, CA
The Edition is a blend of luxury hotel and condominium residences that stands at the entrance to Hollywood’s famed Sunset Boulevard. The 14-story high-rise structure features panoramic views of West Hollywood, the broader Los Angeles area, and the Pacific Ocean. The Edition brand was created by Ian Schrager and this iconic hotel was designed by John Pawson. -
Florida 1000 Museum Way Miami, FL
One Thousand Museum is a high-rise residential condominium building across from Museum Park in Miami, Florida. Completed in 2019, the 62-story building is one of the tallest buildings in Miami. The building's initial design was started by Zaha Hadid and the design was completed by Zaha Hadid Architects. -
Massachusetts The Chase at Overlook Ridge Malden, MA
Near the heart of Downtown Boston, nestled in Revere and Malden, The Chase at Overlook Ridge brings residents effortless luxury in a park-like setting. The residence’s thoughtfully designed interiors include modern aesthetics with classic conveniences. Residents have access to an abundance of curated community amenities to create a resort-inspired living experience. -
New Jersey 99 Hudson Jersey City, NJ
99 Hudson is a 79-story luxury high-rise condominium building located near the Hudson River in Jersey City. Offering unrivaled views of the Manhattan skyline, it is currently the tallest building in the state of New Jersey and the tallest residential building in the U.S. outside of New York City and Chicago. The stunning 1.4 million square-foot building includes 781 studio to three bedroom condominium residences with floor-to-ceiling windows. -
New Jersey 800 Harbor Blvd Weehawken, NJ
Hamilton Cove at 800 Harbor Boulevard is set in Weehawken’s premier waterfront destination. Residents are connected to the best of the region with easy accessibility to neighboring Hoboken, Jersey City, and New York City. The building’s apartments have spacious and luxurious interiors with unparalleled community offerings. -
New Jersey Port Imperial Weehawken, NJ
The 33,000 square foot intermodal transit hub of Port Imperial is located along the Hudson River in Weehawken, New Jersey across from Midtown Manhattan. The hub is served by New York Waterway ferries and buses, Hudson-Bergen Light Rain, and New Jersey Transit buses. The terminal was designed to accommodate approximately 20,000 commuters each day. -
New York 11 Hoyt Brooklyn, NY
11 Hoyt is a 57-story residential skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. The building has 480 condominium residences and includes 40,000 square feet of retail space. Completed in 2021, the building was designed by architect Studio Gang with executive architect Hill West and is Tishman Speyer’s first residential building in New York City. -
New York One University Plaza Brooklyn, NY
Located at 61 DeKalb Avenue, One University Plaza is a 34-story Long Island University expansion in Downtown Brooklyn at the intersection of DeKalb Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR Realty, the building is part of a new Long Island University complex that includes an athletic field, fitness and wellness facilities, and additional academic space. -
New York 520 W 28th St New York, NY
The Zaha Hadid Building at 520 West 28th Street was designed by the architect Zaha Hadid and was the architect's only residential building in New York City. The building is located along the High Line, a public park built on a historic elevated freight rail line. The L-shaped building features curvilinear geometric motifs, which was a signature design of Zaha Hadid. -
New York 601 W 29th St New York, NY
Located in Hudson Yards, between the Chelsea and Hells Kitchen neighborhoods of Manhattan, 601 West 29th Street is a 59-story mixed use residential and retail space building. Completed in 2022, the building includes 931 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space. It was developed by Douglaston and designed by the architectural firm FXCollaborative. -
New York 220 Central Park South New York, NY
220 Central Park South is a residential skyscraper situated along Billionaires’ Row on the south side of Central Park South in Midtown Manhattan. Robert A.M. Stern Architects and SLCE Architects, with interiors designed by Thierry Despont. Most of the 118 apartments are duplex apartments. The building currently has some of the most expensive apartments in New York City. -
New York 215 Chrystie St New York, NY
Located in the Bowery neighborhood of the Lower East Side, 215 Chrystie Street is a collection of 11 unique condominium residences conceptualized by Ian Schrager and brought to life by Pritzker Prize award-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron. The building places residents at the heart of this vibrant neighborhood. -
New York Edition Hotel New York, NY
The New York Edition blends its landmark Madison Avenue beginnings with the elegant designs of Ian Schrager. Located near Madison Square Park, the building was originally constructed in 1909 as the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s headquarters. Today this clocktower building has been reinvented to offer 271 unique luxury guest rooms and suites featuring expansive windows that offer exceptional views of New York City. -
New York The Hard Rock Hotel New York, NY
At the heart of Times Square, mere steps from New York City landmarks like the Theatre District, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center stands The Hard Rock Hotel. Its award-winning design by Jeffrey Beers International pays homage to New York’s iconic music scene. The 36-story hotel tower was completed in 2022 and features 446 exquisite guest rooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the energy of this vibrant city. -
New York Hudson Yards New York, NY
Hudson Yards is a 28-acre development located along the waterfront of the Hudson River between the Chelsea and Hells Kitchen neighborhoods of Manhattan. The first of its two phases opened in 2019 and includes eight structures that include residences, a hotel, office buildings, a mall, and a cultural facility, in addition to a public green space. The second phase has not started construction and will include residences, an office building, and a school. Related Companies and Oxford Properties are the primary developers of Hudson Yards. -
New York Madison House New York, NY
Located at 15 E 30th Street, Madison House is a residential skyscraper in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. Completed in 2022, the 47-story condominium building was co-developed by Fosun Property and J.D. Carlisle Development Corp and designed by Handel Architects. -
New York Moynihan Train Hall New York, NY
The Moynihan Train Hall is an expansion of New York’s Pennsylvania Station into the city’s former main post office building, the James A. Farley Building. The new annex provides a vital access entrance for passengers to most of Pennsylvania Station’s Amtrak and Long Island Rail Road platforms. Completed in 2021, the building's Beaux-Arts exterior resembles that of the original Pennsylvania Station and was designed by McKim, Mead & White. -
New York PENN 2 New York, NY
Originally constructed in 1968, Vornado recently redeveloped the office building into a world class tower as part of its redevelopment of PENN 2, the cornerstone of The Penn District. Located directly above Penn Station between West 31st and West 33rd Streets, it is one of the only double-wide blocks in Manhattan. This architectural icon features various flexible tenant spaces and over an acre of outdoor terraces. -
New York Riverside Center New York, NY
The Riverside Center is an 8-acre master development on Manhattan’s West Side. The mixed-use neighborhood features residential units, retail space including a cinema, a K-8 school, a 250 room hotel, and over 3 acres of public space with connections to Riverside Park South. -
New York TSX Broadway New York, NY
TSX Broadway is a 46-story mixed-use building on Times Square, at the southeastern corner of Broadway and 47th Street, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Developed by L&L Holding, the building includes a 669-room hotel, multi-story retail space, and the Palace Theatre, an existing landmarked Broadway theater. Originally built in the late 1980s, its redevelopment was completed in 2024. -
New York One Wall St New York, NY
One Wall Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed in the Art Deco style, it is considered to be an Art Deco landmark of New York City. The original 50-story building was constructed between 1929 and 1931 for the Irving Trust. A 28-story annex to the south was built between 1963 and 1965 and was later expanded to 36-stories. From 2018 to 2023, developer Harry Macklowe purchased One Wall Street and renovated the interior into 556 luxury condominium residences with some commercial space. -
New York Brookhaven National Laboratory Upton, NY
Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is a United States Department of Energy national laboratory located approximately 60 miles east of New York City. The 5,300 acre campus contains several large research facilities. Research at BNL includes nuclear and high energy physics, energy science and technology, environmental and bioscience, nanoscience, and national security. -
New York The JACX Queens, NY
The JACX is two 29-story office towers with a 1.5 acre park and recreational area, atop a 5-story retail complex located at Queens Plaza South and Jackson Avenue. The 1.2 million square-feet space offices and retail stores were completed in 2020. -
New York Queens Plaza Residential Development Queens, NY
The Queens Plaza Residential Development in Long Island City encompasses three stunning glass towers featuring luxury residences and amenities. Designed by Hill West Architects, the 1,871 Tishman Speyer residences in the development have access to over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities.
