The SL500 by RAB is an adaptable outdoor motion sensor designed to retrofit lanterns for sensor operation, ideal for electrical distributors and lighting solution providers. It controls lighting loads up to 500 watts incandescent or 250 watts fluorescent at 120 volts AC, making it suitable for residential and commercial lighting applications. The sensor features a wide 180° detection pattern with tilt-down adjustment, providing comprehensive coverage for security and convenience lighting. It is compatible with most electronic ballasts but not with instant start ballasts.
