The Polaris™ Insulated Multi-Tap Connector (Model IPL500-8) is designed for wire termination applications, providing a reliable solution for electrical distributors and switchgear suppliers. This connector supports wire sizes from 500 MCM to 4 AWG and features eight ports with single-sided wire entry, facilitating efficient wiring in lighting solutions, wire and cable installations, and other electrical systems. It is dual rated for use with Class B & C copper and aluminum conductors, suitable for dry locations with a temperature rating of 90°C and 600V.
