The Amp-Trap 2000 SmartSpot time-delay A2D-R fuse provides IEC Type 2 "no damage" protection for mains, feeders, and branch circuits serving motor and non-motor loads. Designed for use in motors, safety switches, transformers, branch circuit protection, disconnects, and control panels, this fuse offers fast interruption under extreme fault conditions to protect motor starters, switches, and other circuit components. It also provides the necessary time-delay to accommodate motor in-rush currents and can replace older 250V Class H, K, or RK5 fuses in the field. Suitable for electrical distributors and lighting solutions requiring reliable wire and cable protection or switchgear supplier applications.
