The Evolution Series EFB45 Floor Box Flush Style Cover with Floor Insert by Wiremold is a low-profile, die-cast aluminum cover designed to provide access and protection for power and communication outputs in 4-gang floor boxes. Ideal for electrical distributors and lighting solutions providers, this cover is engineered to sit flush with finished floors such as carpet, tile, and wood, ensuring a seamless integration in commercial and residential installations. It features durable hinges allowing 180-degree rotation, recessed areas to accommodate finished floor coverings, and slide egress doors that lock open and close automatically around cables. For polished concrete or terrazzo floors, a separate concrete/terrazzo trim ring (EFB45-CTR) is required to achieve a flush installation.
