Metacaulk BlazeSeal is a flexible, highly intumescent firestop material designed for use in fire-rated door and door frame assemblies. It provides a positive pressure seal between door and frame clearances to prevent the passage of flames, smoke, and hot gases during fire events. Suitable for electrical distributors and switchgear suppliers requiring reliable fire protection components, BlazeSeal also serves as a glazing seal in fire-rated glass assemblies for doors and sidelites.
