The AFC 1708B60T05 10-3 MC TUFF cable is a type MC (Metal Clad) lightweight steel cable designed for electrical distribution and wiring applications. It features copper conductors with THHN insulation and is suitable for use by electrical distributors, lighting solutions providers, wire and cable suppliers, and switchgear suppliers. Its robust construction includes interlocked galvanized steel strip armor with ColorSpec® ID for easy identification. This cable is rated for a maximum voltage of 600V and a maximum temperature of 90°C (dry). It is made in the USA, meeting applicable OSHA and HUD requirements, and is UL classified for fire penetration ratings up to 3 hours.
