The 3" x 2" Gangable Switch Boxes by Southwire are designed for use in electrical distribution, lighting solutions, and wire and cable installations. These galvanized steel boxes provide 12.5 cubic inches of wiring capacity and are suitable for mounting in walls or ceilings to support lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, or other outlet devices. Their gangable construction allows multiple boxes to be connected for expanded wiring needs. The boxes feature adjustable plaster ears and multiple cable entry points to facilitate installation and splitting of conductor runs in two or more directions. They are cULus listed and RoHS compliant, meeting industry safety and environmental standards.
